A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a “Workforce Optimization Analyst” to join our team in “Plano, Texas”.

Workforce Optimization Analyst

This position will assist in the execution of identified workforce initiatives that result in increased productivity for the company. Areas of focus will include the following: optimization of utilization, work placement, spans of control, management of NB work alignments, sub/employee rations and labor pyramids. Additional initiatives may be added during future company integrations as needed.

Job Specific Duties:

Help plan and successfully execute strategic financial and work placement optimization initiatives.

Participates with other team members (peer and Leadership) to establish strategic plans and objectives.

Prepares variance analysis of actual versus planned results.

Prepares, researches and reviews supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting.

Develops and maintains tracking excel spreadsheets.

Utilizes computer system to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts.

Understands and analyzes trends to have meaningful productivity improvement discussions.

Builds and develops strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to achieve stated business goals.

Applies influence and negotiating skills to drive business results.

May lead cross-function and global functional team for process improvements.

Ensures corporate compliance to defined financial improvements.

Years of Experience:

Prefer a minimum of 5-7 years relevant business experience (Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required)


Strong knowledge of NTT DATAs organizational structure.

Strong knowledge of practices and principles in fundamental productivity improvement activities and savings calculations.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Possess broad strategic and tactical business knowledge and expertise.

After acceptable transition / training period, must be able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.

Clear written communication skills.

5+ Years of exeprience as Workforce Analyst / Resource Manager

3+ Years of experience with Excel / PowerPoint / SharePoint

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
