Position Scope:

The Client Services Reporting Specialist position is a key position which is relied upon to provide accurate and timely reporting for both internal and external contacts. This role will work closely with our Business Intelligence and Database teams to develop custom and canned reporting designed to meet our client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and prepares employer funding reports, including the verification of the data presented

  • Prepare custom analysis of allocations and claim paid from historical records in a format that meets the stakeholders understanding gaining a consensus from multiple stakeholders.

  • Report project and process status to account managers and clients for project tracking as requested.

  • Receive final approval on all reports and content from key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate consistency in the custom report requests coming from account managers and clients

  • Provide training on the presentation of reports and assist in the presentation of approved reports.


  • Four year college degree in Accounting, Business Administration, marketing, or a combination of education and industry work experience that is equivalent.

  • Strong preference given to experience in Benefits Administration / Consumer-Driven Account-Based Benefits (HRA/FSA/HAS)

  • Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.

  • Must have the ability to make decisions and coordinate the work of others in a time sensitive environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and the use of business software including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and the ability to use databased and other reporting tools
