Our client is growing very quickly and doubled in size in last two years. They have over 260 locations nationwide. It is a fast paced environment made up of super friendly people with a family-oriented culture. Our client is looking for an IT Development Porject Manager. This person will be accountable for all aspects of planning and delivering IT-related projects and working in conjunction with all IT teams, including infrastructure and Software Development. Strong background in PM fundamentals, such as work planning, resource forecasting, schedule mgmt., and supervision of project resources. Proficient at meeting facilitation, conflict management, consensus building Define scope, create, accurate and inclusive time and resource estimates, project plans, and produce high quality charters and other planning documentation Manage and track project resources, forecasts and schedules to achieve project objectives and goals Engage necessary resources, defining roles and responsibilities within project team. Manages day to day operational aspects of projects Ensure that accurate and timely info is collected and reported regularly on project process, scope, resources and schedules. Develop and manage to release schedule, including test, launch support, and business readiness Required Skills: 5-7 yrs (preferred) of direct work experience as a PM, including all aspects of project initiation, planning, development execution and delivery Must have strong background & focus in Development Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management, as well as business and IT SMEs Experience in working as liaison between IT and business end users Must have experience with manufacturing process Must have strong working knowledge of Project Management Tools Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and SDLC Plus Skills: PMP Certification Strong working knowledge of high-level, detailed design Infrastructure Technology and software development projects MS Project, JIRA, Confluence PM tools experience Soft Skills: Must be able to motivate and inspire a team Must be able to build relationships Strong communication (verbal and written) Team oriented Wear multiple hats and handle multiple projects High degree of independence If this sounds like something that interests you, please send your resume and contact information to Cole.Pietsch@RHT.COM for immediate consideration!
