Senior Subcontract Specialist This position is for a Senior Supply Chain Subcontract Management Team Member or a Principle Subcontract Management Team Member. This Team member sources, negotiates, awards, documents and manages subcontracts and agreements for materials, services, and supplies of moderate to high complexity. Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensures that enterprise, prime contract, category/product/service specific requirements are properly communicated to suppliers Analyze supplier quotes/proposals and perform price analyses Manage supplier performance to cost, delivery/schedule, and quality, technical and programmatic/contractual requirements Compile and analyze industry/market and Raytheon data to selection candidate suppliers Compile technical, quality, delivery and contractual requirements and prepares/issues requests for quote/proposal Interface with Raytheon and supplier cross-functional organizations Executes to Raytheon and customer requirements including government regulations (such as FAR/DFAR), public law and Raytheon policies and procedures Required Experience, Skills & Education: At least 4 years’ experience in a similar supply chain, business, or leadership position Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Experience developing and utilizing financial modeling Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4 year degree from an accredited university Desired Experience, Skills & Education: Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA At least 6 years’ experience in supply chain Knowledge of FAR & DFAR processes and procedures Experience with firm fixed price and cost plus contracting Experience in contracting, subcontracting, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, managerial or buyer/supplier related role Strong analytical skills Experience evaluating proposals, contracting; Teaming agreements; Bidders Agreements, negotiations, performance management, terms and conditions, and NDAs Previous Department of Defense experience Easily adapts to strategic and tactical tasks The ability to influence team decisions and outcomes The capability to manage multiple conflicting priorities Have the drive and desire for continuous learning 87687
