Dell Inside Product Specialist II in Round Rock, Texas

Inside Sales - Client Solutions Specialist (West Team) - (CSS) is responsible for providing solutions of Dell Rugged and Workstation products. These products include both fixed and mobile workstations, and Tablets. The main responsibility of the CSS Inside Sales Rep will be to sell products and solutions that address a wide range of end user system needs as well as establishing and enhancing prospective and present customer relationships by partnering with both sales account managers to provide the best possible end user solutions.

Role Responsibilities * Provides product or BU specific expertise. Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and uses in-depth direction knowledge of Dell’s technology, products and services to help customers formulate * May own account sets and/ or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified. * Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives. * Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions. * Provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process * Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings. * Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well. * Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team. * Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings.

Requirements * 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience * 2 years previous quota carrying sales experience * Technical level knowledge of workstation and computing technologies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to learn quickly and think analytically * Active listening skills

Preferences * BA/BS degree
