Dell EMC's InfrastructureSolutions Sales organization is seeking an exceptional leader and forward-thinker to work on key sales strategy and operations initiatives. As a member of the BI & Long Term Planning team he/she will be focused on maximizing the efficiency of the ISG Specialty Sales team. He/she will work on identifying short and long term efficiency gain opportunities, coordinating cross-functional projects/actions to seize those opportunities and modeling the respective impact on the PnL.

Representative projects include: * Monitor effective resource utilization across customer sets, opportunities, origination/close activities, RTM, etc. * Work with lines of business to address a strategic product opportunity * Develop a global or regional growth plan or business case * Creating a route-to-market strategy * Prioritize investment across the sales value chain (origination to close) * Improving business unit or sales productivity and operating performance In the role, you will work on highly complex problems; provide insight into the strategic issues which are forefront in the minds of the Executive Leadership Team; gain exposure to senior-level decision-making; and establish relationships across all areas of the company.

* 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm OR 5 years of experience at a large technology company in a strategy role or prominent business management role * Proficiency leading and managing multiple workstreams and project teams * Outstanding problem solving, quantitative analytical, mentorship skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive/C-level stakeholders * Drive for results and ability to learn on quickly * Ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization * Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges * Self-direction and motivation, and ability to operate independently * Proficiency leading and managing informal teams * MBA or equivalent work experience * Technology sales field and/or sales operations experience is a plus
