Marketing Operations, Pricing Sr. Manager - Round Rock, TX

This role is responsible for developing, implementing and leading marketing pricing strategies for the North America Consumer Small Business business by providing direction and guidance for maximizing sales growth and market penetration for the business to ensure the optimized pricing structures are sustained to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities: - Develops and implements pricing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met. - Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed. - Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis. - Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction. - Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on all levels and aggregate level business goals for the group. - Ensure that the pricing team is developing and implementing strategic channel plans that ensure long-term profitability objectives are met. - Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share. - Gathers and disseminates information to internal and external customer needed to make decisions and drive the business. - Works with senior leaders and functional experts to understand business pricing problems and processes. - Identify pricing strategy improvement opportunities and present them to senior management with recommendations and alternatives.

Requirements - Undergraduate degree and 8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6 year’s relevant experience. MBA degree preferred. - Knowledge of competitive environment with special focus on advance pricing practices - Ability to develop and implement channel pricing strategies and sales growth plans - Ability to research, analyze data and make competitive pricing analysis decisions - Ability to manage complex channel pricing issues and resolutions - Ability to identify, communicate and manage channel pricing risks - Thorough understanding of the channel marketplace
