Kforce Project Program Management Advisor in Round Rock, Texas

Kforce has a client seeking a Project Program Management Advisor in Round Rock, Texas (TX).Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and drive project team meetings; extended team will include global representatives; ensure project documentation is current and regularly communicated to the extended team

  • Create and maintain cross-functional development schedules and coordinate dependencies with WW development teams; create contingency schedules as required

  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans

  • Interlock and drive implementation of projects across Global Development Teams

  • Review program documents to ensure scope, schedule, and costs commitments are reasonable and achievable

  • Participate in reviews to ensure projects are on track

  • Create/maintain budget and material plans

  • Work with external suppliers/ODMs to obtain project deliverables; may require off-hours conference calls

BOM Change Management:

  • Ensure all Engineering Change Orders are submitted to support schedules

  • Conduct necessary ECO reviews

  • Create and maintain BOMs, including required MODs and Cus Kits

  • Conduct and participate in BOM audits to ensure accuracy and structure effectiveness for all regions

  • Participate in post mortem reviews to improve the Development Process

  • After project completion, support asset recovery by working with cross-functional teams to return materials to be kept for ongoing development

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field

  • 4 years of experience with change management

  • 4 years of tool development

  • 3 years of Agile experience

  • Experience with Product development groups

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal

  • Worked cross-functionally
