We’re looking for an Account Specialist III to join our world-class team
Provide excellent customer service to our Clients, Bankers, Relationship Managers and associates to requests sent via email to the Business Banking Service Team (BBST) folder which is filter through our G360 system.In addition, will service office communicator inquiries from internal clients/partners regarding specific customer service related questions and concerns with all online and cash management products.
Position requires strong problem-solving skills, strong communication skills both verbal/written, effective decision making to resolve inquiries by comply with company policies and procedures to consistently meet performance targets.Candidate will operate in a goal-oriented environment, achieving individual and team performance targets and core competencies
Position will require applicant to communicate over the telephone, via email, or office communicator with clients, Banker, Relationship Manager and internal personnel to perform financial, service transactions for consumer customers.This includes the following: online trouble shooting, scheduling of training request, training of products for our Cash management, scheduling, verifying, reviewing, and investigation bill payments, updating merchant information, initiating bill payment investigations, servicing cash management products and performing bill payment account maintenance. Perform changes to account demographics. Complete any post call processing necessary to resolve customer issues and use correct resources. Evaluate the resources available to assist the customer and use correct resources.

On a daily basis, an Account Specialist III will be responsible for the following
·Operate in a full service environment to resolve complex and expansive set of customer inquiries across multiple systems.
·Navigate multiple systems and service customers across platforms; which, adds complexity to the positions scope.
·Maintain detailed knowledge of a subset of product and service offerings to customers.
·Analyze risk areas and identify solutions to meet customer's need.
A successful Account Specialist III has these skills
·Familiarity with existing G360 platform and existing work streams recommended
·Must be proficient with CitiBusiness systems, including workstation
·Must have excellent time managements skills and ability to work independently to reach production goals
·Proven ability to communicate both written and verbally
·Demonstration of excellent organization skills
·Proven ability to work well with others; must be a good team player
·Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
·Must be able to demonstrate an empathetic approach with our clients and a warm, respectful tone while consistently meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.
·Must utilize exceptional judgment to solve the dispute in a manner that delights the customer while minimizing operating loss/liability through interpretation and adherence to Association rules/regulations.
·Must be willing to remain proficient in call handling, and will be leveraged to phone production in times of need
· High School diploma or GED
·One year or more experience in Business Banking preferred, and ability to perform Service Associate 3 duties
·Experience in a Customer Service environment required
