-Three years of related professional experience. -Must be able to communicate effectively on the phone and in person, handling all matters with tact, diplomacy, and discretion. -Must be able to handle multiple tasks and take initiative to independently solve problems. -Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. -Ability to apply knowledge in everyday work situations while using independent judgment. -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments and priorities. -Criminal Background Check (CBC).

-Experience using Microsoft Access, PeopleSoft, TracDat, Digital Measures, Banner, CourseLeaf and Data Warehouse. Knowledge of university organizational structure, policies, rules and procedures.

Description of Job Duties
-Provide overall administrative support to Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
-This includes maintaining calendar and scheduling appointments; maintaining student and other confidential files; providing students with information regarding academic policies and processes; preparing purchase orders, travel authorizations/travel reimbursements, expense reports, non-purchase orders and other various PeopleSoft documents; managing and reconciling budgetary cost centers; training and supervising students who work in support of the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies. Also, engaging and communicating with stakeholders seeking assistance, guidance, and issue resolution on behalf of the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
-Support accreditation reporting for AACSB and SACS.
-This includes assisting with the generation of systematic and ad hoc reports, surveys, site review visits, and periodic transitioning of standards and requirements. This function requires maintenance of multiple databases, extensive spreadsheets, and design of processes and forms. Enter, track and provide reports utilizing various UTSA data programs (Digital Measures, TracDat and Data Warehouse), AACSB Data Direct and Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Data Portal. Provide support for Assurance of Learning Activities.
-Other duties as assigned.
