Abacus Technology Administrative Assistant in San Antonio, Texas
Abacus Technology is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Abacus management team at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.
Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Monitor project schedules and providing status reports to management on a regular basis. Perform data entry and analysis, create spreadsheets, and develop presentations and briefings. Conduct research through a variety of means and interact with outside vendors. Provide program-related training to new staff members. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
2+ years experience in an administrative or office support role. Bachelor’s degree desired. Must be proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with all levels of an organization including senior level executives. Detail-oriented and organizational skills are critical. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Solid communication skills are critical. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
