Business Summary The National Investor Center provides brokerage servicing and financial advisory assistance for

Citi Personal Wealth Management clients that do not have a locally based Citi Financial Advisor. The client base is

International. Position Summary National Investor Center Client Development representatives will provide both basic and complex financial advice to CPWM clients via telephone. They must be extremely positive representatives of the overall NIC brand, as they will be the primary point of contact for all clients. NIC Financial Advisor reps are expected to provide world class customer service where the focus is on client satisfaction and deepening relationships. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients via business development calls to

prospects and clients • Respond to sales leads generated through business partners & Recommend the best offering to clients based on client profiling and suitability assessments • Make securities recommendations & provide investment advice to clients • Assess, assist, and advise clients as they choose the services best suited for their needs; serving as the client advocate • Demonstrate to clients and prospects the value of Citi Personal Wealth Management, resulting

in asset accumulation and retention Manage client follow-up and Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance operating procedures


Strong Computer Skills (MS Office)

• Active Series 7, (63 and 65) or 66 license

• Group 1 Insurance license (preferred)

• 1 or more years of proactive, successful sales and service experience in the financial services industry.
