Job Description: The Customer Assistance Representative is a front line associate who is a liaison between the customer and the service department. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, setting up service appointments, answering questions, and solving problems or issues as they arise.

Assistant Service Manager Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls, set up appointments, answer general questions, provide information and issue resolution for customers, insurance companies, extended warranty, repair shops and other vendors
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their service needs in person and over the phone
Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner
Provide directions and general assistance
Assist transportation team with condition assessments upon loaner return and/or customer pick up
Process returns, check-ins and exit transactions
Promote the company while picking up and dropping off customer in a safe and courteous
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
Principle Auto Requirements:
Some College Required
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be proficient in English.
Professional personal appearance.
Ability to work comfortably with the public.
Good oral communication skills.
Clean driving record.
Valid state of residence driver's license.
Required to pass a drug test and background check.
