Volt Information Sciences Customer Service/Tech Support - $12.50/hr + Overtime - SE Side in San Antonio, Texas

Assist inbound calling customers with technical issues they are having with services/equipment.

Investigate and resolve issues by using all provided tools, processes and resources available to you.

Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service in an inbound call center environment.

Must be comfortable on a computer navigating through multiple screens and applications.

Minimum of 6 months work history at a call center or direct-customer-facing experience.

At least 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or GED.

Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements.
