Booz Allen Hamilton Cyber ISR Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

Key Role:

Work to support the USAF's operational level Cyber command and control operations center providing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) support to the Joint targeting process. Provide responsive Cyber targeting capability and researching, developing, formalizing, and refining targeting guidance, measures of effectiveness, target materials, or battle damage assessments in order to support Cyber-focused targeting efforts. Conduct nodal system analysis to develop target selection baselines and assist with formalizing procedures for targeting lists and electronic target folders. Conduct kinetic and non-kinetic strikes involving High Value Individuals (HVIs), analyze HVI requirements, and design feasible and implementable solutions. Collaborate with Cyber intelligence analysts and targeting personnel at national and service level organizations to assist with formalizing procedures for nominating, vetting, and validating Cyber elements of targets.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience as an Air Force targeteer

-Experience with Analyst Notebook, link analysis, Falconview, AMHS, Intelink, JWICS or SIPRNet, GCCS, C2PC, Internet relay chats, Gale-Lite, Coastline, Pathfinder, Wrangler, and Anchory

-Knowledge of SIGINT, IMINT, and HUMINT databases and tools for analysis and target development

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-Completion of Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced Digital Network Analysis Courses

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a counter-terrorism analyst

-Experience in an Air Operations Center, 624th Operations Center, or on 24th Air Force staff

-Experience with a military operations command

-Experience in the support of combat operations

-Knowledge of national intelligence programs or systems

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in tasking

-Ability to work independently and analyze Air Force Cyber targeting requirements

-Ability to prepare clear, concise, and visually enticing documents for senior leaders

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, teaming, and analysis skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Intelligence or a Cyber-related field

-DoD 8570 Certification
