Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.
Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers moderately complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
Establishes and reviews course content and objectives.
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
May provide work leadership for lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs.
Conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
DoD CNO requirements
CNO constraints (e.g., resources, technology, etc.)
project management techniques
information assurance (IA), computer network attack (CNA), computer network defense (CND), and computer network exploitation (CNE) concepts, practices, and tools for the administration of classified and unclassified DoD computer networks and systems
Knowledge of active defense UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO policy and techniques (e.g., honey pots, honey traps, requesting additional support, etc.)
information system exploits and remediation efforts
incident response processes (e.g., CJCSM 6510.01A, etc.)
DoD and US Government (USG) information system (IS) accreditation and certification policies, standards, and governance, to include DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) Publications, DoDI 8500.2, and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.
IAT II Level Certification Required.
CEH, CCNA, Net+ a plus.
5-8 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client; all candidates must hold a TS/SCI and be willing to take and pass a CI Polygraph if requested.
