AT&T Cyber Tactician (Government) in San Antonio, Texas
AT&T has a career opportunity for a Cyber Tactician at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas supporting cyber related activities. The Cyber Tactician is embedded with a team to develop, validate, and document the Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) for advanced Cyber Operations.
Candidate will develop the necessary enabling concept and TTP for employing fielded Cyber systems. Research, track, investigate and evaluate the existing and emerging Cyber-threat and computer network technologies. Support the customer in the development and execution of AF Tactics Development Initiatives (TDI) and Quick Reaction Tactics (QRT) development.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
BS Computer Science or 4+ years operational CNO experience working with classified network systems.
Must have proven and current experience in Cyber Warfare Operations tactics development and documentation.
Knowledge of Computer Networking: Cisco IOS and DNS- Knowledge of computer architecture and operating systems.
Required Clearance: TS//SCI. Must have held TS//SCI position within the previous two years and be willing to take a counter espionage polygraph if required).
Experience in military Cyber Operations and program management. Strong working knowledge of Department of Defense tactics documentation and Air Force/AFSPC Instructions 11/10-415 and 11/10-260 is highly desired.
Meets DOD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program ITAT Level II or Level III requirements, Security+ or CISSP- CEH- Computer Forensics- Penetration
