Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with at least one (1) year of experience successfully managing a small project or phases of a larger project.
Assist senior management with carefully and regularly tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the status of all department projects using the best technology available.
This position requires high levels of communication, organization, and technical skills to ensure the success of major IT projects. This person must have extensive experience managing numerous complex projects at one time and over several years. This person is the face of the organization and must exhibit the utmost professionalism when working with clients of all levels.

Conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for new or expanded functionality usage, provide use case examples to investigators for leveraging key database functionality and communicate new feature releases. Communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns and suggestions and serve as the customer’s voice within the division, including concept development, UI design, project management and budget tracking.

Assist Senior Programmers with light coding, alpha and beta testing, debug and document programs for relatively straightforward or small projects. Assist other programmers or analysts on some of the more complex projects.

Administrative duties include budgeting, invoicing, hiring, attending department meetings, and other responsibilities as needed.
