Description of Job Duties

  • Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts (SMEs), training coordinator, other stake holders and audience to create interactive, learning scenarios based on adult learning theories

  • Managed projects through initial needs assessment through pilot testing of online programs and working with other team members to design the deployment plan and after launch evaluation

  • Develop curriculum working with subject matter experts, utilizing process maps, assessment techniques and input from program director

-Evaluate design, and supervise production of learning resource in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation techniques to support learning curriculum

  • Create and manage online courses and web pages; develop interactive, web-based sections for course creating learning activities with the goal of charging behavior

  • Analyze, storyboard, and edit course content

  • Review and test new and revised curriculum offering from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement, readability, and consistency

  • Provide reporting to management on progression and completion of projects

  • Attend professional association training and meetings to stay current in the field

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
