Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of existing and upcoming tax legislation (U.S. federal and foreign) to identify opportunities to minimize the organizations legal tax liabilities and to account for those tax liabilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts research to advise management of the international tax and related accounting implications of activities.
Preparation and filing of the tax returns required under U.S. federal and foreign tax laws and regulations.
Analysis and preparation of various international tax adjustments to include Sub Part F, 987/988 and foreign tax credits.
Responsible for meeting all required deadlines.
Conducts and documents moderately complex tax audits.
Works on extremely complex taxation related problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors.
Job Contribution:Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
Education:Bachelor s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:Requires 5-7 years experience.
