IBM Marketing Campaign Planner in SAN ANTONIO, Texas

Campaign Planning Operations and Client partners: - Facilitates Tactic development through production partners, and marketing managers across multiple Channels- Updates Campaign database and other required systems to allow for status tracking and audit- Ensures production timelines are met and escalate challenges to USAA- Performs art and copy proofing at multiple stages to the specific standards held for each product and/or Channel. Perform and own triage- Researches and resolves budget inquiries- Facilitate list escalation with USAA/SUPPLIER to secure resolution and approval- Accountable for obtaining legal and compliance approvals from USAA and closing out in required systems as defined in the Manual-Grow skills into campaign execution and campaign insights
