Position Purpose: The Property Management Projects Coordinator is responsible for supporting renewal, remodel, co-tenancy and use projects for all Petco stores.

Essential Job Functions: The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Assist in Lease Administration of Renewals. Act as a liaison between Real Estate Market Analysts, Real Estate Directors, et al to assist in preparing information necessary for REC.

  • Assist in Lease Administration of Remodels. Prepare correspondence to Landlords, as well as track and obtain approval for exterior alterations, containers, dumpsters, vendor requirements, etc. for Remodel Team.

  • Assist in Lease Administration of Co-tenancy. Partner with Co-tenancy Coordinator to collect required documentation from Landlords necessary to effectively conduct co-tenancy audits.

  • Assist in gathering lease language pertaining to projects regarding Use and potential restrictions.

  • Record maintenance (mail, filing, scanning, uploading, etc.)

  • Partner closely with Property Managers.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

The majority of job duties are performed while seated indoors with little or no exposure to hazards

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • HS Diploma with 1-3 years of experience in lease administration, lease audit, lease compliance.

  • Position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with the team.
