Does the challenge intrigue you? Responsible for managing all aspects of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting including the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and analysis of database queries and reports.
Presents analysis results / recommendations to management in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
Provides subject matter expertise on all reporting content. Primary Responsibilities: Maintain current reporting needs across all areas of Quality Designs, develops, tests, documents and maintains database queries and reports Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management Manages reporting and analysis elements on all business initiative projects Transfers data into meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences Performs moderately complex business analysis to include trend analysis Synthesizes data, develops recommendations, and reviews findings with business leadership Performs all other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field.
(4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree) Three to five years of related experience in a reporting and analytic role Advanced in SQL, SQL Reporting Services, ODBC, MS Access, and MS Excel (VBA) and / or equivalent data capture / reporting tools Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teams Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology Five or more years of reporting / analytic experience One or more years of experience in a managed care environment Experience in Medicare STARS, CAHPS / HOS, Part D (MAPD) operations Careers with WellMed.
