Job Summary:

Lead teams of engineers and technical staff to design, develop, prototype and test RF subsystems and antennas; pursue and execute internal research and development associated with new capabilities to demonstrate feasibility of potential solutions to client problems; participate in promotional activities including proposal writing, cost estimation, and technical presentations; travel to client locations for project work and promotional activities.


Requires a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least a 3.3 GPA. BS requires 7 years experience, MS requires 5 years experience. Must be able to lead the development of RF subsystems for communications or passive monitoring applications; array design (especially phased array) experience is highly desirable; experience with RF circuit design tools (e.g., Microwave Office) and electromagnetic modeling tools (FEKO, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio) is required; PCB Layout experience (e.g., Allegro, Altium) and experience in MATLAB is encouraged; leadership experience in project management with respect to cost/schedule/performance is a plus; requires excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with technical clients and peers. Position demands teamwork, flexibility, innovation, and responsiveness. Current or recent security clearance is a strong plus. Travel required. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
