Hours: Days M-F 8:00-4:30/ 8:30-5:00 CT

Supports the client in completing all verifications and funding for all remotely opened accounts through phone and online channels. Resolves moderately complex client inquiries. Proactively reviews each account to offer value added services while adhering to strict telesales laws and regulations. Exercise judgment and make decisions on moderately complex servicing issues. Works closely with vendors and other fulfillment areas and support as needed including packaging, verifications, software fulfillment, etc. Works with customers to facilitate fulfillment of accounts. Performs workflow processing for new accounts. Work with other units to resolve account opening issues. Keeps detailed/accurate MIS on all stages of file processing. Manages own productivity through monthly scorecard to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Tracks and reports data for management action. Must have the flexibility to quickly learn process changes that will be associated with any systemic or procedural changes. Provides feedback to NAO Management to assist in business decision making and enhancing Citibank services.

  • Exposure to Direct Bank Sales processes and banking service in general, a plus

  • Ability to identify tasks to be completed on particular customer files and manage multiple files with different tasks within defined timeframes

  • Proficient with Citibank Workstation (CWS)

  • Strong PC typing skills, especially with MS Word and MS Excel.
