McKinstry FMS, LLC – a Division of Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions is currently seeking a Training Program Manager to join the team as a member of our growing Facilities division.

McKinstry FMS is a recognized leader in critical environments and data center facility management services across the United States.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Partners with Subject Matter Experts to develop course content and design.

  • Teach site teams and Subject Matter Experts on how to use facilitate courses designed.

  • Make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options.

  • Supports the delivery of training and development programs.

  • Evaluate learning and development programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate to optimize LMS as a curriculum content delivery mechanism.

  • Train managers and employees to optimize use of the LMS.

  • Other Duties as Assigned


  • Five (5) years of Learning and Development experience required.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Instructional Design software tools required.

  • Required understanding of:

  • Instructional Systems Design

  • Instructional technology

Required ability to:

  • Select appropriate instructional formats based on audience and content

  • Deliver instructor-led training and facilitate groups

  • Plan and manage curriculum design projects and completion

  • Knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations required.

  • Working knowledge of typical mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems associated to Critical Environments preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

  • Physical ability to walk job sites in uneven terrain.
