Job Purpose: To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest request including help with luggage, transportation, information and other requests.
Greet guests warmly and friendly, offer assistance, handle guest requests, including escorting guests to their rooms and helping with luggage. Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information, such as available services and points of interest.
Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals, by hand or using baggage carts.
Transport guests about premises and local areas, or arrange for transportation. Assist physically challenged travelers and other guests with special needs. Explains features of room such as operation of radio, television, telephone, in-room movie system, etc.
Pages guests in lobby, dining rooms or other parts of property. Delivers messages and runs errands.
Maintains courtesy van consisting of washing, cleaning, and fueling.
Raises, lowers, and ensures proper handling of American flag.
Maintains front porte-cochere and lobby in a clean and tidy manner; this includes, but is not limited to ashtrays, trash, seating areas, front doors, floors, by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow, melting ice, hosing off sidewalks, etc.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Ensure uniform and appearance is clean and professional, maintain positive working relationship with others and support team to reach goals. Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.

- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Hospitality industry or other applicable experience preferred
- Must have a current driver’s license; must pass background driving record.
