Mechanical Shop Lead - 1st shift

In this role, you will lead a team of co-workers on the fabrication of Micro-LNG refineries.
In the role of Mechanical Shop Lead - 1st shift you will:
Lead a team of co-workers on a project or projects
Assist workers with questions they may have regarding proper welding and fitting techniques
Inspect workmanship of assembled structures
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems
Read and understand weld diagrams and blueprints
High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution (OR Minimum of 6 years of manufacturing experience, in lieu of education)
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Ability and willingness to climb skids
Ability and willingness to work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability and willingness to use close vision, distance vision, and color vision
Ability and willingness to be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
Ability and willingness to be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time
Ability and willingness to stand for long periods of time, as required
