Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will lead a team of co-workers on the fabrication of Micro-LNG refineries.

Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Mechanical Shop Lead - 1st shift you will:

  • Lead a team of co-workers on a project or projects

  • Assist workers with questions they may have regarding proper welding and fitting techniques

  • Inspect workmanship of assembled structures

  • Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems

  • Read and understand weld diagrams and blueprints


  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution (OR Minimum of 6 years of manufacturing experience, in lieu of education)

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience


  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required

  • Ability and willingness to climb skids

  • Ability and willingness to work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities

  • Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability and willingness to use close vision, distance vision, and color vision

  • Ability and willingness to be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required

  • Ability and willingness to be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time

  • Ability and willingness to stand for long periods of time, as required
