Kforce Administrative Assistant, Property Management in Sugar Land, Texas

Kforce has partnered with a growing Real Estate company that has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant in their Property Management department in Sugar Land, TX.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison to tenants to ensure quality service

  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs

  • Ensure the dissemination of information to tenants, internal staff, outside contractors/vendors, etc

  • Maintain tenant and vendor's files and contact lists

  • Work daily with maintenance staff

  • Receive work order requests, report requests to responsible staff, and maintain the associated logs and reports

  • Receive and code all invoices

  • Pursue rent collection and other receivables

  • Assist in the coordination of service contracts

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience

  • Prior Property Management industry exposure

  • Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, and database management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
