Assist the Information Technology (IT) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team with daily activities. This is a high impact position that requires the ability to multi-task and drive results through others (both internal departments and external). The position requires knowledge of Active Directory, privileged account management and trouble shooting skills. This position also requires working closely with numerous teams across the organization.

Essential Job Duties

  • IT Service Delivery point of contact

  • Daily stand-up meeting

  • ITCM JIRA issues (Non NERC)

  • Remedy ARS requests

  • Onboarding Employees/Contractors, inclusive of tracking and monitoring

  • Exiting Employees/Contractors

  • Job Change, inclusive of tracking and monitoring

  • Suspensions/Reinstatements

  • JIRA IAM Processing

  • User Access Management

  • IdM role/group management

  • Special Access Accounts

  • Monitor/create dashboards

  • IdM Administration

  • Role Modifications

  • IdM Reporting

  • Active Directory maintenance

  • Monitor IT Access Management mailbox for troubleshooting/miscellaneous requests

  • Termination/Job Change sync with Human Resources and Legal reports

  • Update IT Access Management documentation as required

  • Demonstrate ability to process complex technical information and create documentation from diagrams, specifications, and other input sources

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to conduct research into a wide range of issues

  • Write in a style that is clear, concise, and friendly

  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to program and project priorities and processes

  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform gracefully under pressure with minimal supervision

  • Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact frequently with business and technical personnel

  • technical background, especially in a delivery capacity interacting with stakeholders

  • Strong focus on results and quality

  • Strong English grammar, proofreading, and copy editing skills

  • Advanced MS Office Suite


  • Experience in Remedy and JIRA ticketing systems (preferred)

  • CyberArk experience (preferred)

  • BS in Computer Science (preferred)
