Role Purpose Statement: The job incumbent is responsible for the management of multiple Non Exclusive Global Frame Agreements and develops sales within the constraints of the GFAs. Performs the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Job Description:

  • Understands client business needs and transforms them into a sales strategy and a sales plan through a detailed account plan

  • Manages the Global Major Manufacturing Clients Account globally and formulates to the Business Line and regions, recommendations for the budget exercise and Global Major Manufacturing Clients activity

  • Govern high level relationships, meet key stakeholders, and ensures all business contacts are met. Positions BV relationship at the right levels.

  • In charge for the identifications of projects for Global Major Manufacturing Clients. Responsible to issue/update/communicate strategic plans for the 10 largest projects

  • Detects leads and opportunities, promotes QHSE risk management solutions and company value selling

  • Lead the sales actions of BV network, especially on the deployment of frame agreements ( through account program managers when relevant)

  • Responsible for the development of global / zone / regional sales by preparing tenders and support large tender processes worldwide

  • With the zone / region / countries identify and train the organisation, required to roll out and develop the Customer Business plans

  • With the zone / region / countries implement the concepts by providing the launch packages including the policies, training and sales and marketing materials

  • Extend the service portfolio (outside existing agreements with the client)

  • Induct & Hand over the Central Hub contracts to the appropriate BV zone managers responsible for delivery against the contracts

  • Manage the Global Framework Agreements (strategic, reporting, etc…)

  • Force global rollouts in the countries

  • Create new Unique Selling Points to differentiate

  • Keep up to date with all markets and technical advances

  • Ensures a good level of client satisfaction and is the Voice of the client in BV and the voice of BV in the client

Performance Indicators:

  • Market share within the Global Frame Agreement

  • KPI’s as defined by the client

  • HSSE KPI’s

  • Use the GFAs as vehicles to market services outside of the Contract scope of works (TC, STA, Design R, Due D, Audits…) in order to improve revenue and profits

Required Education:

  • Graduate level

  • 5-10 years job related experience

  • Good English and local language skills

  • Good PC skills
