The HRIS Analyst plays a vital role in enabling the US Oncology Network to optimize the Workday HRIS system and begin to create business value with the opportunities for data use, design of reports, and support of the system. He/she will function as a support contact to the practices helping them manage the tool. Responsible for assisting customers on a day-to-day basis by answering questions and resolving issues within Workday. Work closely with the team members and business partners to interpret the data and develop solutions that capture value for McKesson and our customers. This position will require collaboration across the business to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
Key relationships include Vice President HR, Director, Network HR, Regional Directors, HR, Learning and Development, USON Leaders RSVPs, EDs, Controllers.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite products
5+years hands-on experience with relevant technology and familiarity with Data Management and HRIS systems
2+ years proficiency using with Workday or other HRIS system
2+ years in a problem solving role- with an attention to detail and quality
Strong customer service experience with both email and phone calls. Ability to manage a high volume of customer requests.
Collaborative; ability to work on project teams and leverage relationships in a matrix environment
Ability to complete tasks independently with little supervision, take initiative and meet critical deadlines
Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style, content and deliver to the target audience
Ideal candidate will have practical experience in making an HRIS system a relevant business tool. He/she will be creative and a self starter
Experience running and developing reports for audits
Experience delivering analytical data to key stakeholders
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrated experience in bridging business requirements and technical development. Experience in working with large complex data systems to aggregate, organize, and preparing data for use in business analysis.
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
