The purpose of this position is to execute all Accounts Payable duties in a timely and accurate manner. This position will also provide guidance to University departments regarding payment methods, expense reports, vouchers, required documentation, & IRS & Federal vendor reporting guidelines.

Other Required Qualifications

-Strong accounting/auditing skills and experience, including analytical skills and attention to detail with accuracy. -Ability to coordinate with multiple levels within organization -Organize work to meet timetables and deadlines (performance under pressure) -Work independently with minimal supervision; and coordinate a variety of activities. -Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. -Ability to operate personal computers, on-line computing systems, and other general office equipment. -Effective communication skills, oral and written, using correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation -Ability to interact in difficult situations requiring tact and diplomacy with a diverse population.

Preferred Education Master's

Preferred Field of Study CPA or other related Certification
