Texas Health Resources Sr. Business Performance Analyst in Arlington, Texas

Texas Health Resources seeks to hire a Sr. Business Performance Analyst to work Full Time in the Data Integration Department.

The address is 612 East Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011.

Salary range is Min. $42.84/hr to Max. $63.88/hr – based on relevant experience

Work Schedule

· Full Time; 1 st Shift-Flexible Schedule (1-2 days a week you will have the option to work from home).

Job Description:

Responsible for the collection and analysis of data to evaluate operational difficulties and make recommendations to solve problems and advance strategic initiatives. The role ensures that measures of success are created, monitored and reviewed and provides answers through analytical modeling to business questions and is empowered to drive short and long-term strategic goal realization. The role will also mentor other analysts in business and technical skills.

Essential Functions:

· Lead larger scale projects, including performance evaluations, dashboards, and ad hoc.

· Responsible for providing actionable and complex analytical solutions for business plan development and other requests.

· Coach other analysts in tools, techniques, and standards.

· Give presentations to work groups and leadership on findings using data visualization tools to tell a story through data and examples.

· Manage and prioritize requests from various stakeholders and manage the expectations of stakeholders.

· Participate in leadership groups and committees across the organization as prioritized leadership.



The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Required

  • Master's Degree Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Preferred

  • 7 Years with Bachelor's Degree, 7 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field (4+ years in Healthcare preferred). Required or

  • 5 Years with Master's Degree, 5 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field (3+ years in Healthcare preferred). Required


  • Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software

  • SQL or non-SQL tools to query, join tables, and create tables.

  • Financial modeling, pro formas (preferred).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with other analytics teams, business leaders, and executives.

  • Project management and prioritization.

  • Proficient use of statistics (preferred).
