Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in Austin, Texas

A real estate services company in the Downtown area has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant! The company is looking for someone who has intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, excellent typing skills (over 50 wpm) and a administrative assistant background. The Administrative Assistant will work on taking information from various marketing sources and inputting it into a property management software. This will include data entry and excel-like skills to accomplish this project. The second project will have the Administrative Assistant navigating through different lease documents, and organizing/inputting additional information to make them more concise and clean. The third project will assist the owner in organizing the HR manual. Do you have at least three years of experience in an administrative role that encouraged the usage of advanced skills in Microsoft Office? Are you analytical and have the ability to work autonomously? Are you able to work weekends as this is a requirement and have 2 days off during the week (ie. Tuesday Wednesdays)?
