Summary:

Recruiting Business Process & Strategic Programs team build and scale global programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class Recruiting Team. We do this by implementing operational initiatives, connecting teams, product, process and knowledge, as well as problem solving operational hurdles to enable our Recruiting Teams do their most impactful work.As a global Business Process (BP) Research Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of BP Researchers including overall people management, research efforts and/or ad-hoc 0-6 month project execution and delivery with the goal of influencing sustainable change at scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping programmatic strategies for Recruiting alongside key partners and stakeholders. Plugging into the Recruiting organization’s multi-year vision, you will deliver research in multiple formats leveraging what exists while also building out and customizing governance based on the needs of Recruiting. You will also have responsibility for delivering work in an IC capacity as and when required and in balance with the rest of the team.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage a team of BP Researchers which includes recruiting efforts, people management, team strategy, project scoping and resource allocation

  2. Drive team strategy to include (but not limited to): toolkit and framework development, operational alignment to key cross-functional partners and prioritization against the strategic programs integrated roadmap

  3. Lead 0-6-month operational improvement projects in a highly cross-functional environment

  4. Drive bodies of research, project governance and mobilization efforts for the Strategic Business Process Program Managers following standard project methodology

  5. Conduct process discovery workshops and synthesis to understand current state process, problem statements, business variances and root causes

  6. Analyze and synthesize research to make global Recruiting future state recommendations focusing on efficiency, velocity and scalability

  7. Partner with Strategic Business Process Program Managers to run process risk or change impact assessments throughout program implementations

  8. Own project reporting to ensure all cross-functional stakeholders are informed for the duration of the project

  9. Design recruiting workflows, processes and procedures in Visio or other process mapping tool

  10. Advise and collaborate with cross-functional partners on process challenges across the recruiting organization to help drive future product enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years experience in project or program management and/or consulting experience with focus on Recruiting, Operations HR process across a matrixed organization

  2. 1+ years experience of people management experience

  3. Skilled at leading process improvement projects with a proven record of increasing operational efficiency

  4. Practiced in creating and managing project governance (requirement/scoping, project plan, meeting facilitation, risk/issue identification and mitigation)

  5. Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner

  6. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and being keen in identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions

  7. Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships in order to influence and drive bodies of work in a single direction

  8. Experience creating and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders including senior-level leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP or Six Sigma certification

  2. Experience working in tech-industry or start-up environments

  3. Experience working with recruiting tools and systems

  4. Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills

  5. Experience in a fast-paced environment
