Vista Equity Partners Management, LLC Capital & Partner Solutions (“CAPS”) Manager, Investor Services & Operations in Austin, Texas

Manage the internal coordination, execution, and development of Vista’s investor services and operations across all investment verticals, delivering best-in-class service to internal and external stakeholders.

This role is based in Austin, TX or Bay Area, CA and is for an immediate start.

  • Oversee and produce standard Limited Partner reporting, including process design & implementation, coordination with other internal stakeholders (e.g. Investment Team, Finance, and Compliance), and final execution

  • Coordinate preparation for and outcomes of key Limited Partner engagements, including producing meeting materials & briefing memorandum, memorializing meeting notes in Salesforce, and preparing for major events (e.g. Annual General Meeting)

  • Partner with CAPS capital campaign managers to produce regular and ad hoc fundraising content, including tear sheets, marketing materials, due diligence questionnaires (“DDQs”), requests for proposals (“RFPs”), quantitative analysis, and other data room collateral

  • Conduct and manage Limited Partner market research and analysis, including total addressable market (“TAM”), market penetration, outreach efficacy, lead qualification/fit, and LP segment analyses

  • Contribute to maintenance of key internal systems and infrastructure, including CRM, content libraries, reporting data bases, and data rooms

  • Collaborate on Limited Partner communications and follow up items

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a financial services or consulting firm.

  • Experience in investor relations at a private equity, private credit, and/or hedge fund firm strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

  • Ability to own, prioritize, and manage multiple projects from start to finish at Vista’s high standards of professionalism.

  • Ability to work across a geographically dispersed team covering investors across all six continents.

  • Must be a team player with a clear understanding of the value of partnership and consensus-building.

  • Prior responsibility for managing direct reports is a plus.

  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (e.g. SalesForce), investor reporting portals (e.g. Allvue), and other analysis and reporting tools.
