Job Description

You will be a member of the Clocking Team working on Intel Atom microprocessor, involved in:

• Atom CPU clocking architecture definition

• Global clock network design

• Clock tree synthesis flow development

• Custom clock circuit design and clock library cell design

You will interface and work closely with other teams such as Architecture, Physical Design, RTL, Circuits, Validation and Design Automation.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must have a Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field

3+ years of experience in Perl and TCL coding

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year experience with:

• Synthesis

• APR and timing tools and flows

• Circuit design

• Lower power design

• Device physics

• Clock network design and

• Clock tree synthesis
