Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Lead customer engagements in our Customer Experience and Customer Advisory Board programs
Be our lead evangelist, telling the Oracle IaaS story to our largest and most influential customers
Work with account teams to define desired outcomes and objectives, create customized customer experiences to exceed customer expectation
Take your learnings from face-to-face interactions with customers to drive these back into the engineering organization to drive meaningful improvement to OCI services
Work closely with OCI product management and engineering to support differentiated experiences for customers and prospects, including post engagement assessment and follow-up.
Passionately advocate for customers within the broader development organization, influencing strategy and roadmap based off your firsthand experience and representing the broader customer facing teams.
7 Years of relevant work experience in data center or IaaS sales/consulting.
3 Years of relevant work experience regularly presenting to CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Operations level roles in across large Enterprise organizations
Executive presence and professional presentation skills to communicate with all levels of an organization, including C-suite audiences – both internal and external
Background in End-to-End Customer, interfacing between customer facing teams and product management/engineering to drive customer roadmap
Personal drive to provide the best-in-class customer service in a high-intensity environment.
Rock solid, large scale program management fundamentals to plan, assess, adjust & deliver.
Mixed experience working both in large complex organizations and start-up environments.
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence others
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate face-to-face customer meetings in our Customer Experience Center and Customer Advisory Boards. In these roles you will ensure the customer understands the value proposition of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will demonstrate a solid technical understanding of OCI strategy, service-level functionality and roadmaps. You will demonstrate the ability to connect the capabilities of OCI to the specific needs of the customer. You are at ease speaking technically with architects and speaking strategically with CIOs. You will initiate and foster relationships with other groups, especially the field sales and engineering resources you work with.
