Interface with a region or segment, provide analytical and targeting support. Analyze and interpret Audience requests from the Business. Deliver ad-hoc Audience lists to be handed over to Business partners or loaded in execution tools. Utilize various software packages and tools for targeting, recording, organizing and reporting audiences across multiple Marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze business requests, provide assessments of required attributes for selection

  • Document business requirements to produce meaningful insights and audiences that improve campaign performance; Create and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc Audience-related reports

  • Ensure Compliance processes are followed, audit & control Audience lists

  • Coordinate requests with key stakeholders, articulate requirements to enhance available data sets

  • Deliver audiences to the Business or vendors in a timely manner, work towards meeting and exceeding SLAs

  • Review that Regions have the right modeling and analytic solutions associated with their contact strategy


  • Ability to build and maintain procedures for audience data analysis and extraction

  • Willingness to learn new tools. These include (but not limited to) Tableau, SQL, Marketing Automation platforms

  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports, graphs, and presentations

  • In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings

  • Work closely with program managers in meeting their data needs and understanding the data requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in data Analytics

  • Strong communication & collaboration skills

  • Experience analyzing Marketing vehicle or campaign performance, optimizing customer experience

  • Experience championing process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment
