Summary:

Facebook is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced world-class professional to help manage change related to transformative Diversity and Inclusion recruiting initiatives that will impact Recruiting. The Diversity and Inclusion Change Manager will lead diversity change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value for the stakeholders and drive desired business outcomes. Strong candidates will have experience assessing stakeholder impacts and developing and executing change, communications, and training strategies. This is a highly strategic and impactful role within Facebook Recruiting.

Required Skills:

  1. Assess, develop and make recommendations to project teams in relation to change readiness

  2. Assesses the impact of Diversity and Inclusion related changes on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change

  3. Provide subject matter expertise on risks, issues, dependencies, and reception of change by end-users

  4. Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and execute Diversity and Inclusion specific change management strategies

  5. Leads the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including communications plans, sponsor plans, training plans, and resistance management plans

  6. Leads and coaches key stakeholders in change management Diversity and Inclusion strategies and activities

  7. Identifies obstacles to change and recommends corrective action

  8. Partners with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key Diversity and Inclusion messages, communication and supporting content/video material to enable swift adoption and overall success of change initiative

  9. Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired diversity business outcomes

  10. Defines, measures, and monitors change metrics for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

  11. Drives continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities

  12. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of Diversity and Inclusion specific change management projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and on scope

  13. Ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout Recruiting projects, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring proper overlap and communication between projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience leading change and communication initiatives

  2. 1+ years of experience in Diversity and/or Inclusion initiatives/projects

  3. Experience in execution of change management methodologies and tools (Kotter, Prosci ADKAR® Model, Influencer Model or similar framework)

  4. Knowledge on how people go through a change and the change process

  5. Experience managing multiple simultaneous change initiatives on an enterprise scale

  6. Experience using office productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Apps, Microsoft Office)

  7. Experience leading organizational change initiatives

  8. Experience in fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree

  2. Experience in HTML coding

  3. Entrepreneurial multi-tasker with experience being highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity

  4. Experience thinking strategically and act operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies

  5. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  6. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews or focus groups, assessing results, and making recommendations

  7. Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership

  8. Experience performing process mapping (experience with Visio or Mind Map software)

  9. Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (or other design suite) experience with experience producing content in various innovative formats including video
