Compressed Shift Schedule:
Days 1 = Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Wed (6am-6pm)Days 2 = every other Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat (6am-6pm) Nights 1 = every other Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues (6pm-6am) Nights 2 = Wed, Thurs, Fri, every other Sat (6pm-6am)
Job does not require relocation to the area. Per Diem, Lodging and Car will be provided.
5 + years experience in CVD/Thinfilms systems. Candidates must have expertise on one or more of the following 200mm Equipment Types: (Applicants without expertise on this equipment will not be considered)
200MM - CVD Films
AMAT 5000 (WSi, TEOS, SACVD & Passivation)
AMAT 5200 (W, RTP, SACVD & TEOS)
Novellus Concept1 (PSG Deposition)
Watkins-Johnson 999 (BPSG & TEOS)
Support Equipment (Pumps, Abatement
General Engineering Knowledge / Expertise:
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Fault Detection Control (FDC)
Troubleshoot CVD systems to resolve tool failures (electrical, mechanical or process related (defectivity)
Provide leadership to Operations maintenance technicians across all shifts for continuous execution of troubleshooting plans.
- Minimum of B.S. Engineering Degree, Mechanical or Chemical preferred.
