Radiant Plumbing Services Fleet & Inventory Manager in Austin, Texas

Are you stuck, looking for somewhere your efforts really matter?

Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning is hiring for an Inventory/Fleet Manager.

You may have seen our blue and orange trucks driving around town, or heard our ads on the radio. If so, you might have a sense of our relaxed, family feel.

Before you just call us, and apply, I want you to know that what we need for this role is someone who is a bad ass leader!

This is not as little shop of parts, and a couple of guys swinging by for an odd part here and there. This is a HIGH INTENSITY position.

There are 40 trucks to oversee maintenance.

Each of those trucks has a guy in it who needs parts, and has a precise inventory on the truck.

We do weekly spot checks on the vehicles (Think of each truck as a mini-warehouse or branch)

Since we are buying millions of dollars of materials, we have to constantly monitor the pricing.

We also have delivery drivers. We make no money when our techs are not working, so getting them the parts they need quickly is a key element of the job.

There is more, but this gives you a taste of the role.

This is a huge position inside Radiant, and you are a very important person inside the organization.

You report to the Director of Operations, who reports to Brad.

Radiant has grown at least 20% every year it has been in business, and is staged to take over the entire Austin market.

This position will expand as Radiant expands.

If you have the drive and skills to do this job, you will become a key part of the family.

You will know every day that your role matters and is recognized.
