French/English Bilingual Chat Sales Representatives Needed!

We are hiring passionate, dedicated, French/English Bilingual candidates for a Chat Sales Expert team to support our client, a world-leader in personal computing and mobile communications. The Chat Sales Expert will educate customers in both French and English via Chat on the features and functionality of hardware, software and apps. The focus is on discovering the intended use of the products by the customers and providing recommended solutions to meet their needs. Once a decision has been made, the Chat Sales Expert will complete the transaction with the customer while providing a world-class customer experience.

Job Description

The ideal candidate must be passionate about our client’s products and technology. Keys to your success:

  • The ability to conduct conversations and connect with customers via Chat client (2 to 3 simultaneous conversations)

  • Learn about our client’s products and become an expert on solutions to clients’ needs

  • Understand our client's Digital Lifestyle strategy and how the devices fit into this strategy

  • Ability to passionately present the feature rich capabilities of our client's innovative products and service offerings

  • Provide consultative, impartial solution recommendations to the customer

  • Capacity to understand simple to complex issues, adapting to a variety of customer skill levels to ultimately provide a positive customer experience

  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications

  • Proactively utilize strong problem solving skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions

Key Qualifications

  • Able to speak, read, and write fluently in both French and English

  • Customer focused, detail-oriented individual

  • Type accurately at 45+wpm

  • 1-2 years experience with retail or online sales and a high level of comfort with technology preferred but not necessary

  • Have a solutions-focused mindset and excellent problem solving skills

  • Empathetic and understanding

  • Have the ability to multi-task during chats, utilizing multiple tools

  • High attention to detail and excellent comprehension skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills required

  • Demonstrates strong written communication skills

  • Experience in high tech sales or customer service a plus but not necessary

  • Experience with both Mac & PC

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus

  • Ability to work independently

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts on a 7-day schedule
