Summary:

Facebook is seeking a manager to join the Internal Audit Finance team to lead audits, readiness reviews and manage risk assessment process for Facebook corporate environment. The manager will be responsible for evaluating risks and controls for Finance and FCS (Facilities, Culinary and Security) and will lead operational audits on those areas. The manager will also support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) PMO for the Finance team by participating, evaluating and providing guidance related to compliance with SOX requirements and managing relationship with external auditors.

Required Skills:

1. Plan and execute complex Operational audits and serve as a key contact with process owners, explaining the audit process and scope, keeping management apprised of progress and issues, and effectively delivering results to all levels of management

2. Anticipate potential roadblocks and issues, and provide suggestions and alternatives

3. Participate in new process implementations or significant process changes to ensure controls are considered and implemented as part of the process design

4. Partner with Finance and FCS teams to stay up to date on key project implementation/changes roadmap and provide input on potential controls and process requirements

5. Support SOX PMO for the IA Finance team by collaborating with peers and business partners on the quarterly risk assessment process, reporting progress and results, and managing relationship with external auditors and co-sourcing partner

6. Work collaboratively on integrated audits with Internal Audit Technology team by providing Subject Matter expertise on technical topics

7. Manage the relationship with co-sourcing partners, providing direction and ensuring accomplishment of audits and projects

8. Promote automation and data analytics in completion of audit testing and innovate in new ways of executing projects to drive continuous auditing (e.g., monitoring/alerting)

9. Present clearly and succinctly audit results to process owners and executive management

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 6+ years of internal or external audit experience

2. B.S. in accounting, business, or related field

3. Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization experience

4. Interpersonal, relationship building and collaboration experience

5. Experience in auditing finance process, such as Accounting, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Tax and Treasury

6. Experience in working cross-functionally: have tough conversations, drive change and build new relationships

7. Demonstrated experience of project management practices, tooling, and managing audit projects through their lifecycle

8. Analytical experience

9. Problem solving experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Technology industry experience

2. Experience auditing Facilities, Culinary and Security

3. CPA or CIA certification

4. Knowledge of data analytics tools

5. Experience working in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity and stay on top of business and product changes that could affect compliance requirements
