Our US Sales Operations team in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced, high caliber finance professional with a background in sales force support to join our US Commercial Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) organization.
This position will lead and develop a team of 16 employees and be responsible for sales force compensation design, commissions planning and payment execution, territory alignments, salesforce.com transaction and revenue support, and further integration and deployment of standardized sales support systems.
This role will act as a key liaison to the US CRM Commercial Sales leadership team and partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to monitor sales performance, evaluate trends and diagnose and resolve system/reporting/revenue booking issues.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Support salesforce platform - sales orders, customer invoicing, patient registrations, and sales analytics
Drive commercial process improvements to streamline overall sales force productivity; work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales force effectiveness tools and processes
Coordinate and evaluate compensation design; align compensation to key strategic activities
Oversee commission payments and overall variable compensation planning and execution
Manage territory alignments as well as quota process
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and minimum of 7 years experience in commercial management and/or sales execution roles
Seasoned judgment acquired through organizational experience in sales metrics analyses, financial planning and analysis, and working with senior leadership; documented record of delivering financial information that adds value to management's decision-making process
Previous experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and financial planning applications
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and engage others to accomplish projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Results-driven with ability to influence and effectively interact with cross-functional teams
Prior experience managing programs or projects with proven success
Travel approximately 5%
Medical device experience is preferred but not required
Experience with Power BI, SAP and Hyperion Essbase
