Mateial Handler

Are you looking for a full-time/long term opportunity with a great company? Are you passionate about keeping a warehouse on schedule? Do you have previous forklift experience? If so, we have the perfect position for you! We are currently hiring forklift operators for a fast-paced warehouse in North Austin

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle transactions and physical movement of material in and out of the stockroom

• Responsible for accurate inventory level management

• Responsible for maintaining cycle counts and a clean warehouse

• Accurately kit all work orders

• Assist in all WIP movement and transactions

• May assist with shipping/receiving/packaging as needed

• May drive company truck and/or forklift

• May perform other duties as required

• Attendance is an essential duty of this position

• Forklift Certification, Valid Driver’s License, and the use of Power tools are not required for all Material Handlers.

• The percentage of time at each task fluctuates with workload.

• Cross-training and fluid transition between departments is essential for competitive advantage.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
