The Procurement team is focused on providing support for Spare Parts used for tool repairs and improvements from cradle to grave of the life cycle process. As part of the Procurement team, you will provide support in these processes.

Role and Responsibilities
Seeking a very motivated individual with a high level of initiative, business acumen, flexibility, customer service, and attention to detail.
The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Procurement Infrastructure and Contracts group and driving strategic cost saving and quality improvement initiatives for the Facilities group.
Drive annual and quarterly Facilities Bulk Chemical negotiations.
Source, negotiate, categorize, and identify new part and service suppliers.
Manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) process for capital and expense projects.
Direct the Parts and Service vendor KPI quality scorecard and review process.
Supervise team of 3-6 Facilities Buyers in daily activities.
Shift: 1st-Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Supply Chain Management.
5 Plus Years of Procurement Experience and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
CPM, CPSM, CPIM, or Lean certifications are a plus.
MBA is a plus.
Self-motivated individual with high level of initiative, flexibility, customer service, and strong attention to detail.
Experience negotiating parts and facilities service contracts over $3M.
Technical aptitude: Extensive use of Microsoft Suite Products.
Experience with SAP MM Module preferred.
Clear and Concise Communication (written and verbal).
Strong Business Acumen.
Problem solving and initiative to take control and resolve issues quickly.
International business experience.
