Kforce has a client in search of a QI Specialist in Austin, TX.Duties:

• Calling provider offices to collect medical records for the HEDIS project

• Uploading records upon receipt

• Documenting outreach efforts

• High school diploma or GED

• Medical records department experience

• HEDIS experience

• Phone skills (customer service, not necessarily call center)

• Attention to detail

• Bilingual would be nice, but not necessary
