Strong project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management.
Strong and demonstrated ownership in driving programs.
Solid knowledge of software development life cycle.
Excellent leadership, documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross functional and global team’s consisting of developers, vendors, and business partners.
Sound and demonstrated knowledge working with Enterprise Web applications. Familiar with Server Side development using Java, as well as Cloud based technologies.
The Finance Admin Systems Engineering team part of Apple’s Corporate Systems Engineering is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to contribute to the development of several critical applications delivering value to Apple’s Resellers' and Institutional Partners. In this role, you will interface directly with Business stakeholders, global software engineering teams as well as cross functional teams across Corporate Systems Engineering. This is an exciting role for someone who has a high sense of ownership and strong product thinking and focus. You will be joining a highly effective self-organizing agile team who plays a critical role in shaping new systems architecture and technical direction for the Corporate Systems organization; working with engineers, and external vendors to ensure high quality deliverables. You should have software engineering background with solid project management experience in building mission critical applications in an enterprise environment. Sound judgment, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong technical acumen with the ability to drive decisions through consensus and influence change are preferred.
Education & Experience
BS Computer Science or Equivalent. Minimum of 8 years in Software Development & Project Management.
Experience driving complex technical projects.
Experience with Agile methodologies(Specifically Scrum).
